The LifeUp is available on both the mobile and web-based platforms for residential / condominium living.
LifeUp is developed and owned by Smart Gateway Pte Ltd. A wholly owned Singapore Startup Company incorporated in 2015 with over 100 condominiums “wired”. We own and operates the LifeUp backend, thus we are able to support our clients with 100% commitments.

Integrated with features like facility booking, 360° Feedback system, Condo Management announcements (Notifications/alerts), Tenants Management and Council Viewer.
LifeUp has a proprietary facility booking system with free online payment facility for refundable deposits and booking fees. Online payments are completely free for users and MCST (No transaction fees to residents or to MCST) No hidden cost.
Facilities Booking (Customizable to House Rules)
Residents can book the facilities on the go 24/7 with simple clicks and receive instant booking confirmations. Facility booking fees and deposits can be make via Online-Payment (SG Wallet) secured by UOB 2FA authentication and with NO transaction cost, this option is above the cheque and cash payments available.
Refund is instantaneous with online -payment.
Residents can submit feedback and maintenance reporting by simply taking a picture and simple note to the management office round the clock! The Management office can respond and activate maintenance team/contractor to fix the reported issues.
The system allows Management office to provide a status update (follow up) to the resident/user via push notification and email.
LifeUp has the feature to broadcast notifications and alerts to all the residents. These notifications may be updates, circulars or announcements. Theses notifications or alerts can also be push to target users/residents of specific units or block.
Broadcast notices can include attachments file formats such as PDF, Image, Word, Excel, etc.
LifeUp can assist the Managing Agent to better keep track of tenants. With the backend able to restrict and blocked out going residents.
Council Members with permission from office bearer will be able to access sensitive file, these file can be uploaded by Managing agents such as council minutes, contracts and agreements.
Maintenance Fund Payments
Subsidiary Proprietors may choose to pay regular maintenance payments via SG Wallet, secured by UOB 2FA authentication and with NO transaction cost. It is an efficient and quick method to pay regular maintenance contributions to avoid late payment interest charges to MCST’s.
All payments history is recorded for reference and it is easy to track by both the management office and Subsidiary Proprietor.
LifeUp administrator (Managing Agent or their site officer, estate manager) can retrieve reports on feedbacks, facility usage rates for preventive maintenance or facility booking fees collections.
