Lifeup is a mobile based platform integrated with facility booking, feedback report, condo announcement (bulletin) functions, etc. Through this system, condo management team will be able to gain more control over the residents and especially tenants, helpers, etc by managing their lifeup account from the backend. At the same time save a lot of paperwork and enhance the working efficiency for condo managing agents.
Facility Booking
Residents can book the facilities on the go. If choose to pay the deposit through online payment, there is no need to come down to the office to submit cash/cheque any more. The payment, consume and refund process are all done automatically. At the same time, residents are still able to pay by cash/cheque if they feel more comfortable about this.
Feedback report
If residents got anything want to report, can snap a photo and submit to management. From backend, managing agents are able to trace who and which unit submitted this report and respond accordingly. This function provides a centralized control and processing of all the reports and are presentable.
Condo Announcement
This feature allows managing agents to broadcast messages to all the residents. With the development progressing, managing agents will be able to set the broadcasting target, be it a specific block, level or unit. Also can attach a file for residents to download(can be pdf, word, excel, etc)
The house rules and forms all can be uploaded and viewable by residents.
It also contains a sub-tab which is the council minutes. Managing agents will be able to upload the council minutes under this tab. Only council members are able to view this section.
Others
Residents are also able to pay maintenance fee through this platform, secured by UOB 2FA authentication. It is easier for managing agents to view and trace the payments, easing their workload greatly.
Additionally, Lifeup also integrates LPR system(which allows residents to key in their visitor’s car plate number in the system and car barrier will automatically open once they arrive), SMAVO Intercom system(Facial recognition, sound wave unlocking, Intercom-to-Handphone dialing), Smart Home Automated Control(Smart Lighting, Curtain, Air-Con, TV, etc), provided that the hardware is installed accordingly.
